Just downloaded ringtone on android cant find it

27 Jun 2019 I have always had NO trouble adding ringtones via an app from the Pixel 3, Pixel3a, Pixel 2 [first two on Android Q, last one on Android Pie] folder I've downloaded it to phone, moved it to the "ringtones" folder but it still remains invisible. I can see the file in the files app but I can not select it via the phone
